3rd Party Cookies often cause issues with SSO if they are not allowed.
This article will assist with how to adjust your settings so that you do no longer sit with this issue.
Google Chrome:
Open Google Chrome and click on the three Parallel lines in the upper right corner, then “Settings”.
From here the settings will be displayed, scroll to the end and you will find “Show advance settings”.
Additional menu options will display, under Privacy click on “Content settings…”.
Choose the option to “Allow local data to be set (recommended)” under the Cookies section.
Then “Manage exceptions…”.
Lastly, add https://worksight.gnapartners.com to your list of exceptions with allowed behavior and click "Done".
Mozilla Firefox:
Open Mozilla Firefox and click on the three Parallel lines in the upper right corner, then “Options”.
Followed by “Privacy” on the left hand side.
Note: Where it reads “Accept third-party cookies” make sure it says “From Visited”.
Click on “Exceptions”, and add https://worksight.gnapartners.com with the status of Allow.
Internet Explorer 11:
Open Internet Explorer and select the cogwheel icon on the top right of the page.
From here you select Internet Options;
The options window will open; you will then select the Privacy Tab.
Under settings, there are 2 options:
Advanced:
This will allow you to select how to handle all cookies.
Sites:
Alternatively, you can select the specific sites by adding them to the managed sites under your per site actions.
