When uses are selected to be assigned to a job.
There is a checkbox that designates "is primary"
if this is deselected and the edited job is the users primary job.
The user no longer has a primary job.
A setting needs to be added to maintain current primary job association.
Testing Steps:
- Navigate to a employee setup screen.
- Navigate to Employee job association.
- Note their primary job (or assign one if they don't have one).
- Note any of there secondary jobs (or assign one if they don't have one).
- Navigate to the Jobs/Phases preference screen.
- Navigate to a primary job for this employee, that you noted or updated.
- Update job, without "setup job assignments" checked.
- Navigate to a secondary job for this employee, that you noted or updated.
- Update job, without "setup job assignments" checked.
- Navigate to employee, then job association screen.
- Ensure no changes have been applied.
If you choose to update job assignments (checking or un-checking the primary job option will always override and apply).

When managing / editing the department assignments in managers, all of the locations are chosen. The only departments that should be showing are the ones that are originally shown. When clients click on edit, they have start all over and most of the time they are forgetting to do that and the managers lose their department assignments.

Testing Steps:
- Login as owner
- navigate to 'preferences > manager'
- click 'manage department assignments'
- click 'edit assignments'
- Update selected departments.
- save.
- click 'edit assignments' again
- ensure the screen highlights the previously selected departments
