Day Off Accrual Rules

Day Off Accrual rules allows you to set the parameters of your Day Off accruals.

 

Navigation to Day Off Accrual Rules

Menu > Account Settings > Time & Attendance > Day Off Accrual Rules

Limiting Types of Day Off and PTO

As a company, you may offer several types of days off. WorkSight provides a standard list that you may edit.

On the Right hand side, under Length of Service Settings; click edit under “Day Off Types”

A new window is seen with all the Day Off Types.

To activate a certain type, click "Activate"; to set a certain type to inactive, click "Inactivate".

  • To activate a type that was previously inactive, select "Activate".
  • The status column will show that type’s current status.

After closing this window, only the items selected will display.

When selecting Activate under the "Length of service settings" column, a new section will appear in the Day Off Accrual Rules screen.

Click on the "Create new entry".

Here you can set up the length of service for this Day Off type.

When creating a new Day off entry you will see the newly added PTO appear in the drop-down.
