Reports: Scheduler Report

Introduction

 

This report allows you to view all schedules ever posted and view information for any number of employees in any time period you choose.

Begin new Report

 

Select New Scheduler Report.

 

Complete four steps to create the report:

  1. Select personnel
  2. Choose the time frame.
  3. Give your report a name
  4. There are three options you can enable to include other features in the report: 
    • Display Time Entries
    • Allow editing of time entries
    • Link to report from homepage

Click Generate Report.

 

View your Report

 

Once you have generated your report you will be able to access it from the list of scheduler reports.

Click on View Results to view that report.

To return to your listed reports click on Saved Scheduler Reports

Click on "View Results" to view that report again.
