Employee History & Wage Updates

Introduction:

When the following permission is set in the admin screen, when selecting Employment and Wage buttons you will not be able to update the Employee History or Wages except for DOA eligibility.

Settings:

• Account syncs with HRP Daily

**NOTE**

If the above setting is not selected within the Admin Screen:

Employment and Wage History can be edited.

Navigation to view or update the pay rate and see history:

Navigate using the Side Menu on the left hand side of the WorkSight application with the following steps.

(View & Update)

Home > Modules > H/R Action > Pay Rate Change

Navigation to view and update job history:

Navigate using the Side Menu on the left hand side of the WorkSight application with the following steps.

(View & Update)

Home > Modules > H/R Action > Job Change
